Dear Team Belong,

I am very excited about the opportunity presented by the Senior Digital Product Owner role. I believe I can add significant value in the role, leveraging my professional and personal experience. In my most recent role, I was a Manager at Deloitte Digital in Brisbane.

My professional career has spanned a wide variety of roles including product management and ownership, strategy, digital delivery, and management consulting across complex industries including financial services and healthcare. I am comfortable at all steps in the product lifecycle as well at the strategy level through to delivery.

I am a Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner and Certified Professional Scrum Master , and hold a Certificate in Governance for Not-For-Profits, a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting, a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition).

Leveraging this background has allowed me to successfully lead the management and growth of complex and large-scale digital products. These have included using agile delivery methods with distributed, cross-functional teams of up to 40 team members including:

  • Digital strategy advice to executive and board level, both as an external consultant and in-house role
  • Product and portfolio management in scale up and large enterprise organisations across listed, private and public sector organisations
  • Digital product development, management, ownership and operations in heavily regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services.
  • Large scale digital-transformation from inception through to implementation

The consistent feedback across my career is my ability to bring together a wide range of people, working styles & skillsets to successfully deliver against a common goal. I do this by deeply understanding my colleagues and their drivers, and then aligning their personal interests to the team & business outcomes. Since Covid-19, I've further enhanced this ability in remote & hybrid environments.
